Volunteer & Event Attendance Reporting

IMPORTANT UPDATE: This form has been updated to clearly distinguish between volunteer hours and event attendance. Previously, these were reported together in a single field. Now each is captured separately to make reporting easier and more precise.

Volunteer hours reporting remains expected as part of your regular chapter submission. Event attendance reporting is new this year and currently optional, but strongly encouraged. Tracking attendance helps us better understand how our chapters' activities and programs are advancing the mission, strengthens our case for grant funding, and gives us a fuller picture of FNPS's collective impact across the state. Starting next year, it will be expected for all chapters.

We also added a Pro Bono Professional Service category to recognize members who contribute professional skills such as legal, tech, and design work.
